What kind of care do I give my fresh flowers after I receive them?
Give them fresh water every day, and do not put them on top of a television or any object that radiates heat. Keep them out of direct sunlight.

Does aspirin help them live longer?
No, but it may make you feel better! The flowers are conditioned with Flora Life and, depending on the type of flowers, should last 3 to 9 days.

What kind of care do I give my plants when I receive them?
Most people over water their plants. Best way to tell if you plant needs water is to put your finger in the soil up to the first knuckle. If the soil is dry, add about 1 cup of water for a 6” plant. Do not leave the plant standing in water.

How do I water Violets?
Set the plant in a dish of water for about 20 minutes. Do not water from the top. Make sure you don’t get water on the leaves.

What kind of flowers do you send to a funeral?
Any type of memorial is acceptable from the simple to the elaborate. Immediate family members usually pick out the flowers for the casket or flowers for a memorial service. Sympathy memorials can be sent to the funeral home, the cemetery or the family home. While flowers are most common, dish gardens, basket gardens, gourmet baskets, and fruit baskets are also appreciated.

What do I say on the funeral enclosure card?
A few things that are most often used are: With deepest sympathy; Our thoughts and prayers are with you; Our deepest condolences at this time; and In loving memory.

Can I send flowers to a hotel or cruise line?
Yes you can. We can certainly get flowers to the hotel or cruise line; however, after we deliver them to the front desk, our responsibility ends. Our success rate has been excellent.

Can I send flowers out of the United States?
Yes, but it is best if we have 48 hours advanced notice. Same day delivery is not possible.
